摘要
为验证螺旋奖奖叶表面压力的反演计算方法,搭建旋转桨叶表面压力反演试验平台,对一套2叶螺旋桨的表面压力开展反演试验。通过传声器阵列测量螺旋桨的远场噪声,通过kulite压力传感器和离线式采集器测量浆叶表面的静压,并与计算结果进行对比。结果表明:在所研究的工况范围内,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,趋势基本一致;其中两个测点的试验结果与计算结果误差在1%以内,精度很高;另两个测点的对比差值较大,主要是压力传感器安装工艺误差所导致的。
In order to verify the inversion calculation method of the surface pressure of the propeller blade,an inversion test platform for the surface pressure of the rotating blade was built,and the inversion test was carried out on the surface pressure of a set of two-blade propellers.The far-field noise of the propeller was measured by a mircrophone array,and the static pressure on the blade surface was measured by a kulite pressure sensor and an offline collector,and compared with the calculated results.The results show that within the working conditions studied,the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the trend is basically the same;the error between the experimental results and the calculated results of two measuring points is within 1%,and the accuracy is very high;the contrast difference between the points is large,which is mainly caused by the installation process error of the pressure sensor.
