Upscaling for Transcendence:China's Strategic Response to GPT-AGI

GPT-AGI即“通用型生成式预训练转换模型”,是继实业革命、金融革命之后,信息化革命的重要组成部分,是“技术化社会”与“社会化技术”走向叠加、引发社会经济数字化的必然趋势。私有化条件下数字化劳动力GPT-AGI在提升生产力的同时会引起“技术社会化”效应,带来两极分化加重、重复建设、隐私悖论、认知干预、文化安全、反噬人类等负面问题。“升维超越”作为中国应对GPT-AGI的战略选择,其目标一是要立足国家安全规避GPT-AGI“后发劣势”,二要立足人类安全防范科技伦理问题。其方法论依据有三个:一是自组织理论,构建全球“资本市场统一战线”,二是TRIZ理论,构建完备的“社会经济技术系统”,三是“社会生命理论”,为“政府-产业市场平台-产业要素”三分法、“信息决策-金融担当-产业形成”复合平台、“教育链-创新链-工匠链”纵向产业结构等等的形成提供理论支撑。“TIF模式”立柱架梁,形成集成性系统型信息化平台,最大程度地链接了尽可能多的潜在合作者。基于信用分层的“域富论”利用“社会技术化”效应,通过制度安排保障社会经济主体在“公正、公平、辩证公开”的前提下展开合作,不以主体的主观意志优先,而以主体的信用指数是否达到底线为原则。建议以“TIF域平台”为立足中国、面向世界的标准化社会经济运行平台,引入GPTAGI劳动工具,挖掘揭示GPT-AGI产业要素信用指数,取得GPT-AGI产品制造和产品运用的双重市场主导权。

GPT-AGI is an important part of the information revolution after the industrial revolution and financial revolution.It is the inevitable trend of the superposition of"technologized society"and"societized technology",which leads to the digitization of social economy.Under the condition of privatization,the digital labor GPT-AGI increases productivity while causing"technology socialization"effects,which will bring about negative challenges such as increased polarization,redundant construction,privacy paradox,cognitive intervention,cultural security,and backlash against human beings.As China's strategic choice to deal with GPT-AGI,"upscaling for transcendence"aims to avoid GPT-AGI's"latecomer disadvantage"based on national security,and prevent technological and ethical issues based on human security.There are three methodological bases:One is the self-organization theory,constructing a global"capital market united front";the second is the TRIZ theory,constructing a complete"socio-economic-technical system";the third is the"social life theory",providing theoretical support for the formation of the"government-industry market platformindustrial elements"trichotomy,the composite platform of"information decision-finance responsibilityindustry formation",and the vertical industrial structure of"education chain-innovation chain-craftsman chain",among others.The"TIF mode"has pillars and beams to form an integrated and systematic information platform,linking as many potential partners as possible to the greatest extent."Domain Theory"utilizes the effect of"society technologization"to ensure that social and economic subjects cooperate under the premise of"justice,fairness,and dialectical openness"through institutional arrangements.It does not give priority to the subject's subjective will,but depends on whether the subject's credit index reaches the bottom line as the principle.It is suggested that China use the"TIF domain platform"as a standardized social and economic operation platform to connect China and the world,introduce GPT-AGI labor tools,dig out and reveal the GPT-AGI industry factor credit index,and obtain the dual market dominance of GPT-AGI product manufacturing and product application.
