价值认知、环境规制对蕉农绿色防控行为的影响——基于多变量Probit模型的证据

The Impact of Value Cognition and Environmental Regulation on Green Prevention and Control Behaviors of Banana Farmers:Evidence from the Multivariate Probit Model

推动农户采纳农业绿色防控技术是实现农业可持续发展的关键,深入剖析农户采纳绿色防控技术的关键因素有助于更好地推广绿色防控技术。本文利用海南省456户香蕉种植户调研数据,构建多变量Probit模型,探讨价值认知和环境规制对农户绿色防控行为的影响及代际差异。结果表明:价值认知和环境规制可以显著促进农户采纳绿色防控技术,且两者对农户绿色防控行为的影响存在交互效应,其中,价值认知和引导型环境规制、约束型环境规制的交互项对农户绿色防控行为具有显著的正向影响,价值认知和激励型环境规制的交互项对农户施用生物农药行为具有显著促进作用;价值认知和环境规制对不同代际农户绿色防控行为的影响具有显著差异,新生代农户的绿色防控行为主要受生态价值认知、社会价值认知和环境规制的影响,而老一代农户的绿色防控行为主要受价值认知和引导型环境规制的影响。研究丰富和完善了农户绿色防控行为的影响路径,对缓解农业病虫害频繁发生、践行农业可持续发展战略具有重要的启示作用。

Encouraging farmers to adopt the green agricultural prevention and control technology is key to achieve sustainable agricultural development.The in-depth analysis of key factors that farmers adopt the green prevention and control technology is conducive to better promotion of the green prevention and control technology.According to the survey data of 456 banana farmers in Hainan Province,a multivariate Probit model is constructed to explore the impact of value perception and environmental regulation on farmers'green prevention and control behaviors and the intergenerational differences.The results show that value perception and environmental regulation can significantly promote the farmers'adoption of green prevention and control technologies,and interaction effects exist in their impact.In particular,the interaction factors that exist between value cognition and guidance-type environmental regulation,restriction-type environmental regulation have the significant positive influence on the framers'green prevention and control behaviors,while those interaction factors that exist between value cognition and motivation-type environmental regulation can significantly promote the farmer's uses of biological pesticides.There are significant differences in the impact of value cognition and environmental regulation on the green prevention and control behaviors among the distinct generational farmers.The green prevention and control behaviors among the younger generations are mainly affected by their cognition of ecological value,that of social value and environmental regulation while those among the older generations are mainly affected by value cognition and guidance-type environmental regulation.This study enriches and improves the influence paths for the farmers'green prevention and control behaviors,which has important implications for alleviating the frequent occurrence of agricultural diseases and pests and practicing the strategy of sustainable agricultural development.
