Quality Control of Electronic Documents Archiving in Single Track System

归档作为电子文件单轨制管理的重要环节之一,其跨度较纸质文件归档在前端和后端均有所延伸。文章结合电子文件生命周期理论,将归档细分为捕获、分类、检验、鉴定四个子环节,从微观层面审视单轨制归档环节中面临的挑战,提出相应的质量控制内容与实施策略。

As an important link in the single track system management of electronic documents,the archiving span in both front and back ends has extended compared with that of paper documents.According to the life cycle theory of electronic documents,this paper divides electronic documents archiving process into four links of capture,classification,inspection,and identification,analyzes the challenges faced by electronic documents archiving in single track system from the micro perspective,and puts forward some corresponding quality control content and implementation strategies.
