通过对洪宪元年江苏高等检察厅给江苏高等审判厅的公函内容进行释读,还原了该公文内容涉及的公务办理流程,进一步探析了民国北京政府时期旧式公文装叙结构的构成和关界语的形式、功能与变换。

By interpreting the official correspondences from Jiangsu Higher Procuratorial Office to Jiangsu Higher Judicial Hall in the first year of Hongxian,the paper reappears the procedures of official business involved in the correspondences,and explores the composition of Zhuangxu form and the form,function and transformation of Guanjie words in traditional documents in the Beijing government of the Republic of China.
