Probe into the Development Direction of Housing Provident Fund Business Archives--Taking Chaoyang Housing Fund Management Center as an Example

本文首先说明了朝阳市住房公积金管理中心的沿革与发展历程;其次论述了朝阳市公积金业务档案六个特点,包括主体复杂性、门类多样性、材料准确性、保管期限动态性、归档时效性、利用针对性;最后论述了公积金档案工作人员应具备三个基本素质,包括良好的政治素质、较强的业务能力和为政府中心工作服务的意识。

This paper first describes the evolution and development of Chaoyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center,and then discusses the six characteristics of Chaoyang housing provident fund business archives,including complexity of the subject,diversity of categories,correctness of materials,dynamicity of retention period,timeliness of filing,and pertinence of utilization.Finally,it discusses the three basic qualities that provident fund archives staff should have,including good political quality,strong business ability and service awareness of working for the government center.
