病历档案管理与患者隐私权保护

Management of Medical Archives and Protection of Patients' Privacy

病历档案管理是关系到整个医院正常运作的一项重要工作内容。由于病历档案涉及每个患者的隐私,因此病历档案的利用方式和公开程度都需要依法保护。然而当前的病历档案管理工作还存在不少问题,亟待探索行之有效的管理办法,因此医院保护患者权益应以维护患者隐私为第一要务,在一定程度上减少医患之间的矛盾。基于此,对病历档案管理和患者隐私保护的重要性和相应对策进行探讨,以期对医院相关工作人员有所帮助。

Medical archives management is important work related to the normal operation of the whole hospital.Because medical archives involve the privacy of each patient,the utilization ways and openness degree of medical archives need to be protected according to law.However,there are still many problems in the current medical archives management,and it is urgent to explore effective management methods.Therefore,the hospital should take the maintenance of patients'privacy as the first priority to protect patients'rights and interests,so as to reduce the contradictions between doctors and patients to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper discusses the importance and corresponding countermeasures of medical archives management and patients'privacy protection,in hope of helping the relevant hospital staff.
