企业三维电子文件归档管理研究

Study on Enterprise 3D Electronic Document Archiving Management

三维电子文件,是企业的宝贵信息资源。因此,对三维电子文件的归档研究迫在眉睫。首先,通过文献调研法,发现我国三维电子文件归档管理研究现状,然后对三维电子文件的归档实践现状及问题进行分析,最后提出建立三维电子文件归档制度、明确三维电子文件归档管理手段、“人防+技防”确保三维电子文件真实性和“软件+备份”提高三维电子文件安全性的对策。

3D electronic documents are companies'valuable information resources.Therefore,it is urgent to study 3D electronic documents archiving management.Firstly,the current situation of Chinese 3D electronic document archiving management is found with literature survey method.Secondly,the status quo of archiving practice and problems of 3D electronic documents are analyzed.Finally,the following four measures are proposed:establishing 3D electronic document archiving regulations,clarifying 3D electronic document archiving management methods,ensuring 3D electronic documents'authenticity with personnel prevention and technical prevention,and improving the safety of 3D electronic documents with software and backups.
