Research and Practice of Archives Management of Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects Under the Background of"Peak Carbon DioxideEmissionand Carbon Neutrality"

文章针对新形势下新能源产业发展的现状,对当前光伏发电建设项目档案管理工作面临的困难和存在的问题进行了研究,提出了光伏发电项目档案全过程管理的对策和措施及项目档案在收集、整理、组卷过程中容易出现的问题和解决办法,为提升光伏发电建设项目档案管理水平提出了指导性意见。

According to the current development situation of new energy industry under the new circumstance,this paper studies the difficulties and problems faced in the present archives management of photovoltaic power generation projects.Then it puts forward some countermeasures for the whole process management of photovoltaic power generation project archives and problems that tend to appear in the process of project archives collecting,sorting and files generating as well as their solutions,providing instructive suggestions for improving the archives management level of photovoltaic power generation projects.
