With the wide application of big data,cloud computing and other information technologies in all aspects of society,"digitization"has become a new term that everyone is familiar with.Under the overall background of the current big data era,archival work must also seize the opportunity and make good use of newly emerging technologies to seek development.The digitization transformation of archival work is the internal demand of the archival cause for its long-term development,and is also an important part of the archival digitization cause.In the information age,the development of cadre personnel archives informatization is facing many opportunities and challenges.How to deal with the challenges is an urgent problem for the cadre personnel archives informatization management departments in China.
