摘要
该文介绍了模型基础动力参数变扰力测试使用双轴机械式激振器,竖向激振变水平向激振可以通过两种方式实现,一是偏心块相对位置保持不变,将激振器翻转90°固定;二是保持激振器与基础的固定方式不动,调整偏心块的相对位置。第二种方式除产生水平力外,还附带产生一个与主动轴及从动轴的间距成正比的力矩,该力矩对水平回转向振动测试或扭转向振动测试结果的影响很小,可以忽略不计。使用后者方式,不用频繁地拆卸、安装激振器,一性次固定好激振器后,只需通过调整偏心块的相对位置,即可以实现竖向、水平回转向及扭转向振动测试的转换,较大程度地减轻了测试工作的强度,节省了测试前的准备时间,提高了测试工作效率。
This paper introduces the dual-axis mechanical vibration exciter is used to dynamic parameters variable disturbance test of foundation model.The conversion of vertical excitation to horizontal excitation can be achieved in two ways.One is to keep the relative position of the eccentric block remains unchanged with the vibration exciter 90°reversing,the other is to keep the vibration exciter and fixed mode of model foundation unchanged to adjust the relative position of the eccentric block.The second method produces not only the horizontal force but also produces a torque proportional to the spacing(for the distance be-tween the active shaft and the driven shaft).The torque has little effect on the Tesults of the horizontal reversing vibration test or the torsional vibration test,which can be ignored.In the test process,useing the later method,do not need to disassemble and install the vibration exciter frequently.After fixing the exciter,it can achieve vertical,horizontal turn and torsional conversion to vibration test just by adjusting the relative position of the eccentric block,which extent reduces the intensity of the test work,saves the preparation time before test and significantly improves test efficiency.
