摘要
针对某垃圾焚烧电厂蒸汽空气预热器高温和低温预热抽汽量使用问题,对该电厂热力系统建立变工况计算模型,比较不同抽汽搭配对其热经济性影响。结果表明:随着高温预热段蒸汽流量的不断上升,汽轮机做功不断上升,变化区间为设计值的10.28%。在满足蒸汽预热器换热需求的前提下,调整不同预热段抽汽流量,汽轮机发电功率发生较大幅度的变化,可满足一定情况下机组升负荷的需求。热耗率的变化区间为设计值的0.126%,变化值较小。控制不同预热段抽汽量,主要影响汽轮机发电功率的大小,而对电厂热经济性的影响是较小的。
Aiming at the use of high and low temperature preheating extraction steam capacity of steam-air preheater of a waste incineration power plant,a variable working condition calculation model was established for thermal power system of the power plant,and the effects of different extraction steam combinations on its thermal economy were compared.The results show that with the continuous increase of the steam flow in the high temperature preheating section,the work of the steam turbine increases continuously,and the variation range is 10.28%of the design value.Under the premise of meeting the heat exchange requirements of the steam preheater,adjusting the extraction steam flow in different preheating sections will cause a large change in the power generation of the steam turbine,which can meet the demand of the unit load under certain circumstances.The variation range of the heat consumption rate is 0.126%of the design value,and the variation value is small.Controlling the amount of steam extraction in different preheating sections mainly affects the power generation of the steam turbine,but has a lesser effect on the thermal economy of the power plant.
