摘要
某电厂锅炉在运行中后屏过热器垂直段中间处T91钢管发生爆管。对爆管位置进宏观检查、化学成分分析、室温拉伸性能检测、硬度检测及金相分析等。试验结果及分析表明,后屏过热器T91钢管爆管原因是短时超温过热爆管。
The T91steel pipe burst in the middle of the vertical section of the rear superheater in a boiler.The location of the burst tube is inspected macroscopically,chemical composition analysis,tensile property test at room temperature,hardness test and metallographic analysis.The test results and analysis show that the cause of tube bursting of T91 steel tube in rear plate superheater is short time overtemperature overheating.
