配置双进双出磨火电机组燃料控制策略优化研究

Optimization of Fuel Control Strategy for Thermal Power Unit with Double-inlet and Double-outlet Mill

摘要 对于配置双进双出磨煤机的火电机组,燃料控制的及时、准确性关系到机组协调系统的调节品质和变负荷工况下主汽压力、主汽温度等主要参数的稳定性。为解决锅炉燃烧指令的快速跟随性,以及入炉煤量的高精度控制这一难点问题,介绍了一种燃料控制优化策略,通过优化改进燃料主控控制方式、制定一种磨煤机动态瞬时入炉煤量计量和表征方法,提高锅炉燃烧控制品质和机组变负荷过程中协调系统的适应性。 For the thermal power unit equipped with dual inlet and outlet coal mills,the timely and accurate fuel control is related to the regulating quality of the unit coordination system and the stability of main steam pressure,main steam temperature and other main parameters under variable load conditions.To solve the problem of boiler combustion instructions quickly follow a gender,and high precision control of the difficult problem of coal into the furnace,this paper introduces a kind of fuel control optimization strategy,through the optimization to improve the way of fuel master control,making a dynamic transient boiling coal mill quantity measurement and characterization methods,improve the quality of the boiler combustion control unit and coordinate system in the process of varying load adaptability,It has certain reference value for related engineering application.
