摘要
环状RNA(circRNAs)是一种广泛存在于真核生物中的非编码RNA,因特殊的共价闭合环状结构而具有高度的稳定性和保守性。慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的呼吸系统疾病,已有研究表明,circRNAs通过多种渠道参与到COPD的发生、发展过程中,本文就circRNAs功能及其在COPD中的研究进展作一综述。
circRNAs are noncoding RNAs that are widely found in eukaryotes.They are highly stable and conserved due to the special covalent closed loop structures.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common disease of respiratory system.circRNAs participate in the development of COPD through many signaling pathways.This study aims to review the function of circRNAs and its research progress in COPD.
