摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种对人类健康造成威胁的慢性呼吸系统疾病,其发病率、致残率、致死率均高,已成为全球性的公共卫生问题之一。大气污染和气象因素是影响人群健康的主要环境因素,尤其是大气中的颗粒物和温度、湿度等气象因素与COPD的发病率、住院率、病死率之间存在关联性。本文针对大气颗粒物及温度、湿度对COPD的影响及其作用机制进行综述,旨在为治理大气污染、应对气候变化,以及制定COPD人群防治策略提供新理论依据。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a chronic respiratory disease that threatens human health and has become a global public health problem due to its high incidence,disability,and mortality rates.Air pollution and meteorological factors are the main environmental factors affecting the health of the population.In particular,the incidence,hospitalization,and mortality rates of COPD have certain relationship with atmospheric particulate matter and meteorological factors such as temperature and humidity.This paper reviews the effects of atmospheric particulate matter,temperature,and humidity on COPD and the mechanisms,aiming to provide a new theoretical basis for combating air pollution,coping with climate change,and formulating strategies to prevent and treat COPD.
