摘要
小气道病变作为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的主要病理过程,在COPD的预防、进展及靶向治疗过程中发挥至关重要的作用,因此小气道病变检测是攻克COPD防治的重要一环。目前检测小气道病变的方法有肺量计、脉冲振荡、体积描记法、气体稀释法、部分呼出气一氧化氮、放射影像学等。本文就COPD小气道生理结构、小气道病变的检测方法,着重于每种检测方法当前的研究进展及优缺点作以下综述。
Small airway disease(SAD),as the main pathological process of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),plays an important role in the prevention,progress,and targeted therapy of COPD.Therefore,the detection of SAD plays an important part in the prevention and treatment of COPD.At present,detection methods of SAD include spirometer measurement,impulse oscillometry,plethysmography,single or multiple breath washout,partial exhaled nitric oxide,radiography,etc.This review aims to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods of SAD based on the structure of small airway.
