中性粒细胞性哮喘与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征共存研究进展

Progress in the coexistence of neutrophilic asthma and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

支气管哮喘和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,具有较高的共存倾向,相互促进疾病的发生、发展。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征睡眠时出现呼吸暂停和低通气,导致频发低氧血症从而诱发中性粒细胞气道炎症,在中性粒细胞性哮喘的疾病进展过程中起重要作用。而哮喘的中性粒细胞性气道炎症导致阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的易感性增加。本文综述了中性粒细胞性哮喘和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征之间的相关性及关键治疗的研究进展。

Bronchial asthma and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome are common chronic respiratory diseases,with a high tendency to co-exist and promote the occurrence and development of each other.Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,in which apnea and hypopnea occur during sleep,leads to frequent hypoxemia that induces neutrophil airway inflammation,and plays an important role in the progression of neutrophil asthma.In return,neutrophil airway inflammation in asthma leads to an increased prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.This article reviews the relationship between neutrophilic asthma and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and the research progress of key treatment.
