摘要
目的 探究维生素B6联合卡马西平对癫痫患儿水通道蛋白-4(AQP4)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、核氨基丁酸B受体亚单位1(GABABR1)水平的影响。方法 选取144例癫痫患儿,随机均分为卡马西平组和联合组。观察患儿癫痫发作频率及发作持续时间,评价患儿言语、操作智力,检测GABABR1、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、HMGB1、AQP4及GFAP水平,评价患儿不良反应情况及疗效。结果 与卡马西平组治疗后比较,联合组治疗总有效率较高,总不良发生率较低,发作频率、发作持续时间、TNF-α、IL-2、IFN-γ、HMGB1、AQP4、GFAP水平降低,GABABR1、言语、操作智力升高(P<0.05)。结论 维生素B6联合卡马西平治疗癫痫患儿,能显著改善患儿症状与行为意识,降低炎症反应与神经系统损伤,效果显著。
Aim To explore the effect of vitamin B6 combined with carbamazepine on the levels of aquaporin-4(AQP4),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and nuclear aminobutyric acid B receptor subunit 1(GABABR1)in children with epilepsy.Methods 144 children with epilepsy were randomly divided into carbamazepine group and combination group.The frequency and duration of seizures were observed,and the verbal and operational intelligence and total intelligence were evaluated.The levels of GABABR1,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),HMGB1,AQP4 and GFAP were detected.The adverse reactions and efficacy were evaluated.Results After treatment,compared with the carbamazepine group,the combined treatment group had a lower incidence of total adverse events and a higher treatment efficiency(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the carbamazepine group,the combined treatment group had lower seizure frequency,seizure duration,TNF-α,IL-2,IFN-γ,HMGB1,AQP4,GFAP levels,and had higher GABABR1,speech,operational intelligence(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of vitamin B6 and carbamazepine in the treatment of epilepsy in children can significantly improve symptoms and behavioral awareness,reduce inflammatory reactions and neurological damage,and have a significant effect.
