加味四君子汤联合推拿治疗小儿功能性消化不良临床观察

目的:观察加味四君子汤联合推拿治疗小儿功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法:100例按随机数字表法分为两组各50例。对照组用多潘立酮治疗,观察组用加味四君子汤联合推拿治疗。结果:观察组、对照组总有效率分别为92.0%、74.0%;复发率分别为2.0%、14.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组腹胀痞满、食欲不振、疲乏无力、恶心呕吐以及便溏症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组、对照组分别为4.0%、16.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味四君子汤联合推拿治疗小儿功能性消化不良效果较好,复发率降低,不良反应较少。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with domperidone,while the observation group were treated with modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.0%and 74.0%,respectively.The recurrence rates were 2.0%and 14.0%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,loss of appetite,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,and loose stools in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 4.0%and 16.0%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage has a good effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children,with reduced recurrence rate and less adverse reactions.
