增智汤联合针刺辅治精神发育迟缓临床观察

目的:观察增智汤联合针刺辅治精神发育迟缓的效果。方法:80例通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均行常规康复治疗,观察组加用增智汤联合针刺。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗4周后WISC、GDS评分观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:增智汤联合针刺辅治精神发育迟缓可提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the effect of Zengzhi Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of mental retardation.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with routine rehabilitation,and the observation group were treated with Zengzhi Decoction combined with acupuncture in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the WISC and GDS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zengzhi Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the curative effect in the treatment of mental retardation.
