芪红通络方联合射频消融术治疗大隐静脉曲张对炎症因子及VCSS评分影响

目的:观察芪红通络方联合射频消融术治疗大隐静脉曲张对炎症因子、VCSS评分的影响。方法:118例按随机数字表法分为两组各59例。两组均使用射频消融术治疗,研究组加用芪红通络方治疗。结果:治疗后两组CRP和PCT指标均降低,且研究组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3天后研究组和对照组VCSS评分均降低,两组下降程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗7天后及治疗14天后两组VCSS评分降低,研究组VCSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪红通络方联合射频消融术治疗大隐静脉曲张可缓解症状,降低C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平,降低VCSS评分。

Objective:To observe the effect of Qihong Tongluo Decoction combined with radiofrequency ablation on inflammatory factors and VCSS score in the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein.Methods:A total of 118 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,59 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with radiofrequency ablation,and the study group were treated with Qihong Tongluo Decoction in addition.Results:After treatment,the CRP and PCT indexes of the two groups decreased,and the decrease of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days and 14 days of treatment,the VCSS scores of the two groups decreased,and the VCSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qihong Tongluo Decoction combined with radiofrequency ablation vein can relieve symptoms,reduce the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT),and reduce VCSS score in the treatment of varicose great saphenous.
