电针腰夹脊穴联合火龙罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的:观察电针腰夹脊穴后联合火龙罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:60例随机分成两组,治疗组用电针腰夹脊穴联合火龙罐,对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组VAS、JOA、压痛程度评分以及活动度优于治疗前且治疗组各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针腰夹脊穴联合火龙罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at lumbar Jiaji points combined with fire dragon cupping in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture at lumbar Jiaji points combined with fire dragon jar,and the control group were treated with oral celecoxib capsules.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS,JOA,tenderness score and activity of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at lumbar Jiaji points combined with fire dragon cupping is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
