基于CiteSpace的国内多点执业研究可视化分析

目的分析多点执业的研究现状、热点以及发展趋势。方法在中国知网、万方和维普数据库检索主题词为多点执业的文献,经筛选的文献导入CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果本研究共纳入1729篇文献,发文量呈波动性,2015年发文量达到顶峰228篇;发文期刊共有467种,发文量排名前5占发文总量20.36%;发文前10的作者均为核心作者;研究热点集中于多点执业、公立医院、医生、医疗机构、医务人员、医联体、医改。结论多点执业领域遭遇研究瓶颈,发文量逐年下降,研究者间合作度较低。研究热点围绕着国外多点执业经验借鉴与实施对策研究、多点执业的现状和影响因素、护士药师实施多点执业、互联网医疗助力多点执业。互联网医疗既是研究热点也是研究前沿,建议加强研究机构间的协同合作,增强影响力,突破政策性研究,进行创新性研究,推进多点执业。

Objective This research aimed to analyze the trend,hot spots and frontiers of multi-point practice.Methods In the literature of multi-point practice in CNKI,Wanfang and Vip database,the screened literature was introduced into CiteSpace software for visual analysis.Results A total of 1729 published articles were included in this study,and the number of published papers fluctuated,reaching a peak of 228 in 2015.A total of 467 journals were published,accounting for 20.36%of the total publications.The top 10 authors are all core authors.The research focuses on multi-point practice,public hospitals,doctors,medical institutions,medical personnel,medical consortium,and medical reform.Conclusion Multi-point practice encountered research bottlenecks,the number of publications decreased year by year,and the degree of cooperation among researchers was low.The research focuses on the study of foreign multi-point practice experience and implementation countermeasures,the current situation and influencing factors of multi-point practice,the implementation of multi-point practice by nurses and pharmacists,and the Internet medical assistance for multi-point practice.Internet medical is not only a research hotspot but also a research frontier.It is suggested to strengthen the collaboration among research institutions,enhance the influence,break through policy research,carry out innovative research,and promote multi-point practice.
