摘要
由于取向硅钢废边料不能形成连续废边丝的特殊性,常用的碎边剪、废边卷球机、压块机等均不适合用作硅钢机组圆盘剪切废边料处理设备。为此,介绍了一种新型的圆盘剪切边料的处理设备,即双层破碎机。双层破碎机的上层由两个刀箱组成,分别处理操作侧和传动侧的圆盘剪剪切废边料,剪切后的废料汇合到下层的一个刀箱中再次剪切。介绍了设备的结构和工作原理,通过剪切试验记录数据,对剪切速度、动刀片的厚度和动刀片刀齿数量进行分析确定,进而计算出刀轴驱动功率,并通过三维软件对动刀片进行应力分析,以及计算动刀与动刀的侧隙量和动刀与隔套的间隙量,再对电气控制模型进行制定,确认了最后的设备型式及参数。在某新建硅钢机组一年的生产周期中,双层破碎机年产切边料1.5万t,达到了客户的使用需求。
Due to the particularity of oriented silicon steel scrap,continuous scrap wire cannot be formed.The commonly used scrap shearing,scrap baller and briquetting machine are not suitable as the equipment for disc shearing edge scrap treatment of a silicon steel unit.Therefore,a new type equipment for disc shearing edge scrap treatment of a silicon steel unit is described,i.e.double layer crushing shear.Its upper deck consists of two knife boxes for cutting scrap produced by disc shear on operation side and drive side,respectively.The scrap is combined into a cutter shaft box at the lower deck and cut again.The structure and working principle of the equipment were introduced,the data was recorded through shear test,and the shear speed,the thickness of the rotating blade and the number of teeth on the rotating blade were analyzed and determined.Then the driving power of the cutter shaft was calculated,and the stress of therotating blade was analyzed through 3D software.The amount of side clearance between two rotating blades and the amount of clearance between the rotating blade and the bush were calculated.After the formulation of the electrical control model,the final type and parameters of the equipment were confirmed.In the one-year production cycle of a newly built silicon steel unit,the double layer crushing shear had achieved annual output of edge scrap of 15000 t,meeting the demand of the customers.
