Under the support of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act,the sector partner⁃ship has strengthened cross-departmental collaboration and realized the integration of public and pri⁃vate resources by relying on the joint promotion of four stakeholders:business leaders,workforce devel⁃opment boards,educational institutions,community organizations.Gathering and integration has result⁃ed in a new form of school-enterprise cooperation that is based on joint consultation and coordination.High-quality sector partnership is achieved through the common goal of resource interaction and sup⁃ply-demand balance,a management structure with clear levels and standardized systems,a coopera⁃tion model driven by enterprises and supported by society and a capability-based and standard-orient⁃ed evaluation matrix.Guaranteed by standardized and reasonable fund allocation methods and innova⁃tive technical assistance forms,the model change and transformation and upgrading of partnership has been completed.
