手诊纹路诊断法流派溯源与诊断探讨

Origins of schools of palm print diagnosis and their characteristics

手诊纹路诊断法是观察手部纹路进行疾病诊断的方法,是手诊法中的重要组成部分,是临床疾病诊断的重要辅助手段,但学界对此尚缺乏系统、充分的研究。本文对具代表性的手纹诊断法望小儿指纹法、手诊九宫八卦诊法、星丘学说诊法、皮肤纹理学等进行学术流派溯源与诊断特点探讨,并阐述各学说对手纹诊断法的理论影响,以期推动手诊法的继承与发展,为研究者提供便利。

The palmprint diagnosis is a method of diagnosing diseases by observing the lines and wrinkles of the palm of a hand,which is an important part of TCM hand diagnosis.Important auxiliary method as it is in clinical practice,palmprint diagnosis has not been systematically and adequately studied in academic circles.This paper discusses the contents and diagnostic characteristics of representative schools of palm print diagnosis,such as the infantile fingerprint diagnosis,nine palaces and eight trigrams hand diagnosis,palmistry mount diagnosis,dermatoglyphics,etc,and expounds on the theoretical influence of these schools on hand diagnosis,in order to promote the inheritance and development of hand diagnosis and provide assistance for researchers.
