野战手术器材装备的研发研究

目的为快速展开野外应急手术救治,针对野战机动医院的特点及野外条件下展开手术救治需求,研发系列机动性强、适用性好又便于野外装载、转运的手术器材装备。方法根据野外批量伤病员展开手术救治特点及需求进行研究,设计研发系列适合野外应急手术救治的相关器材装备,如可拆卸式清创手术台、多功能手术置物组件、便捷式野外急救手术包。结果可拆卸式清创手术台携带、清洗消毒方便,可根据肢体大小需求调整台面宽度,也可作为肢体手术操作台使用。多功能手术置物组件操作简单快捷,既可放置物品、仪器设备,又可作为各种诊疗护理技术操作及手术器械台使用;组件性能稳定、可伸缩,支架力量至少可承受80 kg重量,配有测压标尺,平时作为输液架使用,急救时作为动脉压测量使用;应用于野外伤员转运无需拆卸,省时、省力。便捷式野外急救手术包可单兵携带随行,具有照明、小型轻便等功能特点,能满足野外现场无依托条件下实施紧急手术救治需求。结论该系列相关手术器材装备机动性强、适用性好,便于野外装载、转运、携带,能满足未来实战条件下卫勤保障能力,适用于野外应急救援保障任务。

Objective To quickly carry out emergency surgical treatment in the field,a series of surgical equipment with strong mobility,good applicability and easy field loading and transfer were developed according to the characteristics of field mobile hospitals and the requirements for surgical treatment in the field.Methods According to the characteristics and needs of surgical treatment for batch of patients in the field,a series of related equipment suitable for field emergency surgical treatment,such as removable debridement surgical table,multi-functional surgical storage component and portable field first-aid operation kit were designed and developed.Results The removable debridement surgical table was easy to carry and convenient to clean and disinfect;the width of the table could be adjusted at will according to the size of the limbs,and it could also be used as a limb surgical operating table.The multi-functional surgical storage component was easy and fast to operate,and it could not only place items,instruments and equipment,but also be used as various diagnostic and nursing technical operations and surgical instrument tables;the component had stable performance and scalability,the support force could with stand at least 80 kg,it was equipped with a pressure measuring ruler,which was used as an infusion stand at ordinary times,and as an arterial pressure measurement in emergency treatment;it was used for field casualty transport without disassembly,saving time and effort.The portable field first-aid surgical kit could be carried along by one soldier,with lighting,small portable console and other functional features,and could meet the needs of emergency surgical treatment in the field without support.Conclusion This series of related surgical equipment has strong mobility and good applicability,which is easy to load,transfer and carry in the field.It can meet the medical support ability under the future actual combat conditions,and is applicable to the field emergency rescue support task.
