Quality Control Strategy of Field Medicine of Mobile Medical Support Detachment in Military Hospital

目的建立军队医院机动卫勤分队野战药品质量精准管控策略。方法依据卫勤实战化保障特点与需求,分析当前军队医院机动卫勤分队野战药品质量保障现状与存在的问题,从保障全链条提出精准管理策略。结果从人员配备与培训、设施与设备配置、全链条保障规程、质量管理规范与评价体系的建立、可视化区块链技术的运用等五方面提出了野战药品质量保障能力提升策略。结论加强野战药品全链条精准管控,是提升野战药品质量管控能力的关键。

Objective To establish precise control strategy for field medicine quality of mobile medical support units in military hospitals.Methods The current situation and existing problems of field medicine quality assurance of mobile medical support units in military hospitals were analyzed according to the characteristics and requirements of medical sup-port in actual combat,and the precise management strategy was put forward from the whole guarantee chain.ResultsThe strategies for improving the quality assurance ability of field medicine were proposed from five aspects,including personnel allocation and training,facilities and equipment allocation,whole chain assurance procedures,establishment of quality management norms and evaluation system,and application of visual blockchain technology.Conclusion Strengthening the precise control of the whole chain of field medicine is the key strategy to improve the quality control ability of field medicine.
