矩形壁面凸起对流体晃荡影响敏感性分析

摘要 储舱内的流体晃荡易对薄膜型液化天然气装备造成局部损伤,因此如何合理抑制薄膜型储舱内流体的晃荡一直是海洋工程领域中亟待解决的工程科学问题。本文采用数值模拟方法首先分析采用矩形壁面凸起结构抑制流体晃荡的有效性,并阐明壁面凸起抑制流体晃荡的机理;其次分别分析凸起高度和长度对流体晃荡的抑制效果。结果表明,凸起高度为0.1H时,能够有效抑制流体晃荡;凸起长度为0.3L时,能够有效抑制流体晃荡。该研究结果可为船载液化天然气储舱结构设计提供一定的参考依据。 Liquid sloshing could easily cause local damage of a membrane tank in a liquified natural gas(LNG)carrier.Thus,suppressing the liquid sloshing in the tank is an important issue in offshore engineering.In this paper,the effectiveness of the rectangular wall protrusions on suppressing liquid sloshing and the sup⁃pressing mechanism were firstly numerically investigated.Then,the effects of the height and length of the rectangular wall protrusions on suppressing liquid sloshing were investigated,respectively.The results show that when the length of wall protrusions is fixed and the height is 0.1H,liquid sloshing can be suppressed ef⁃fectively,and that when the height of wall protrusions is fixed and the length is 0.3L,the sloshing can be sup⁃pressed effectively.The results can provide a reference for the design of the LNG tank.
