摘要
依托现代介入医学技术提高各级医院的救治能力已上升为国家战略,但我国介入医学人才培养和介入医学知识普及在医学本科生教育阶段严重不足,甚至完全被忽视。本文立足“健康中国”建设大政方针,剖析我国介入医学人才现状。根据本中心3年来开设临床医学本科生介入医学必修课的经验,提出以“五位一体”策略(明确教学目标、组建教师队伍、编写介入医学教材、改进教学方法、优化教学条件)构建具有特色的医学本科生介入医学教学体系。
Relying on the modern interventional medical technology,it has become a national strategy to improve the treatment ability in hospitals of all levels.However,the training of interventional medical talents and the popularization of interventional medical knowledge in China are seriously insufficient in the education stage of medical undergraduates,and this training is even completely ignored.Based on the construction policy of“Healthy China”,this paper analyzes the current situation of interventional medical talents in China.Referring to the experience of authors’interventional center in offering compulsory interventional medicine courses for clinical medicine undergraduates in the past three years,this paper proposes the“five-in-one”teaching strategy(i.e.clarifying teaching objectives,establishing a team of teachers,compiling teaching materials for interventional medicine,improving teaching methods,and optimizing teaching conditions)so as to establish a characteristic interventional medicine teaching system for medical undergraduates.
