摘要
聚酰亚胺(PI)因其独有的分子结构和高碳含量,是制备优质类石墨材料的前体。同时其热处理加工程序简单,PI制备类石墨材料也有望从实验室走向实际生产。本文就近年来国内外针对PI基制备类石墨材料的研究现状,以不同的材料形式为板块,综述了PI基制备类石墨材料的技术路径和研究进展,重点介绍了PI基制备类石墨膜、碳泡沫和碳纤维的研究进展。
Polyimide(PI)is a precursor for the preparation of high-quality graphite-like materials due to its unique molecular structure and high carbon content.At the same time,due to the simple heat treatment process,the preparation form PI to graphite-like materials is expected to move from the laboratory to actual production.Based on the research status of PI-based graphite-like materials at domestic and foreign in recent years,this work summarizes the technical path and research progress of PI-based graphite-like materials prepared from different material forms.Graphite-like films,graphite-like foams and carbon fibers prepared from PI-based materials are highlighted in this work.
