益经护巢汤对卵巢功能减退性不孕症患者卵巢功能及妊娠率的影响

Effect of Yijing Huchao Decoction on ovarian function and pregnancy rate of infertile patients with ovarian dysfunction

目的观察益经护巢汤对卵巢功能减退性不孕症患者卵巢功能及妊娠率的影响。方法将我院收治的88例患有卵巢功能减退性不孕症患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各44例,对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加以益经护巢汤进行治疗,观察并比较两组治疗前后卵巢功能相关指标、性激素水平及1年内妊娠率情况。结果治疗后,两组窦卵泡数、卵巢直径以及卵巢基质血流阻力指数各指标均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清雌二醇(E2)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平均较治疗前升高,而黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均下降,且性激素各水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组1年内妊娠率低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论治疗卵巢功能减退性不孕症患者时加以益经护巢汤更能有效改善其卵巢功能与性激素水平,提高妊娠率。

Objective To observe the effect of Yijing Huchao Decoction on ovarian function and pregnancy rate of infertile patients with ovarian dysfunction.Methods A total of 88 cases of infertile patients with ovarian hypofunction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,44 cases each.Control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and treatment group was treated with Yijing Huchao Decoction on the basis of control group.The ovaries of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and function related indicators,sex hormone levels,ovulation rate and 1-year pregnancyratewerecompared.ResultssAfter treatment,the number of antral follicles,ovarian diameter and ovarian matrix blood flow resistance index in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and were higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of estradiol(E2)and anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,while the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were decreased,and the levels of sex hormones in treatment group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the 1-year pregnancy rate in control group was lower than that in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yijing Huchao Decoction can effectively improve the ovarian function and sex hormone levels of patients with ovarian hypofunction infertility,so as to improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
