数字经济对绿色发展的空间溢出效应研究——基于技术创新与产业优化视角

Research on the Spatial Spillover Effect of Digital Economy on Green Development:Based on the Perspective of Technological Innovation and Industrial Optimization

数字经济作为新型经济形态,是驱动绿色经济转型,实现“双碳”目标的新动能、新引擎。选取2011—2020年中国31个省份的面板数据,系统分析了数字经济对绿色发展影响的传导机制和空间溢出效应。结果表明:中国数字经济和绿色发展水平整体上呈现出上升趋势,但也存在着区域发展不平衡等问题。数字经济对本区域和邻近区域的绿色发展水平均具有显著的正向影响,并且数字经济通过促进技术创新和产业结构升级,间接推动绿色发展水平的提升。因此,加强数字经济基础设施建设,加快绿色低碳技术攻关和促进区域协调发展,有利于中国实现绿色发展。

As a new economic form,digital economy is an important way to drive the transformation of green economy and highquality development and achieve the"dual carbon"goal.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper systematically analyzes the spatial spillover effect and transmission mechanism of the impact of digital economy on green development.The results show that the level of digital economy and green development in China is on the rise,and there is still a problem of unbalanced regional development.The digital economy has a significant positive impact on the green development of the region and neighboring regions,and indirectly promotes green development by influencing technological innovation and upgrading of industrial structure.Finally,policy recommendations are given to improve the level of digital economy development and promote green development from three aspects:Digital economy infrastructure construction,green low-carbon technology breakthrough,and regional coordinated development.
