摘要
文章利用室内试验探讨了10%、20%、30%、40%矿粉掺量对塑性混凝土性能的影响,并进一步深入分析了矿粉的作用机理。试验表明:塑性混凝土掺30%硅粉时强度最高,掺入适量的硅粉均会在不同程度上增大混凝土强度;掺量相同情况下,硅粉提高劈拉强度的作用最明显,其次为抗拉强度,对抗折强度的改善作用最弱;塑性混凝土弹性模量和强度均随着硅粉掺量的增大表现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,其中抗压强度增幅高于弹性模量,可有效降低弹强比和相对渗透系数。
In this paper,the effects of 10%,20%,30% and 40% mineral powder on the properties of plastic concrete are discussed by laboratory tests,and the mechanism of mineral powder is further analyzed.The test results show that the strength of plastic concrete is the highest when mixed with 30% silica fuser,and the strength of concrete will be increased in different degrees when mixed with appropriate silica fuser;under the same dosage,the effect of silica fusing on improving split tensile strength is the most obvious,followed by tensile strength,and the effect of improving anti-bending strength is the weakest.The elastic modulus and strength of plastic concrete show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of silica fusing content,and the increase of compressive strength is higher than that of elastic modulus,which can effectively reduce the elasto-strength ratio and relative permeability coefficient.
