十六道岗水库作为不仅可解决欧根河、呼兰河秦家以上呼兰河干流沿岸农田灌溉用水问题,为庆安县庆安镇及庆安县产业园区提供生活和工业用水。通过置换超载的地下水,还可以改善地下水生态环境,同时提高欧根河下游防洪标准。因此,十六道岗水库在呼兰河流域、区域经济社会发展中的地位越来越重要,尽早实施是非常必要的。

The Shiliudaogang reservoir can not only solve the irrigation water problem of farmland along the main stream of Hulan River above Qinjia of Ougen River and Hulan River,but also provide domestic and industrial water for Qing 'an Town and industrial Park of Qing' an County.By replacing the overloaded groundwater,the groundwater ecological environment can also be improved,while improving the flood control standards in the lower reaches of the Ougen River.Therefore,the status of Shiliudaogang reservoir in the Hulan River basin and regional economic and social development is becoming more and more important,and it is very necessary to implement it as soon as possible.
