摘要
随着云计算、大数据、物联网等前沿技术助力交通领域科技创新,传统出行服务与新兴技术相互渗透融合,逐步向智慧出行服务模式变革。面对城市资源紧约束和出行需求日益激增的矛盾,提出基于“管理促服务、出行即服务”理念的智慧出行服务新模式——交通管理和出行即服务模式,将面向个体的出行服务转变为面向宏观系统调控和个体出行服务相结合的双服务模式。对该模式的定义、优势、技术框架以及应用场景进行阐述。基于该模式,围绕出行需求,设计开发出行需求优化系统,旨在挖掘出行规律、精准预测出行需求以及正向引导需求,弥补出行需求预测结果模糊、正向引导不足等短板,提高交通精细化管理水平。
With the development of modern cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and the Internet of Things(IoT),technological innovation in the transportation field is being driven.Tradi-tional transportation services and emerging technologies are mutually infiltrating and integrating,gradually changing to smart travel service modes.Faced with the contradiction between the shortage of resources and the increasing travel demand,a new smart travel service mode-Traffic Management as a Service and Mobility as a Service(TM&MaaS)-is innovatively proposed based on the concept of“management pro-moting service and mobility as a service”to change the travel service oriented to individuals to a dual ser-vice mode that combines macro-systematic regulation and individual travel services.The definition,advan-tages,technical framework,and application scenarios of the TM&MaaS mode are elaborated.Based on the mode,a travel demand optimization system around travel demand is designed and developed,aiming to mine travel patterns,as well as precisely predict and positively guide travel demand,to make up for the shortcomings of vague travel demand prediction results and insufficient positive guidance,and improve the level of refined traffic management.
