摘要
区域一体化时代,城市群内中短距离、高频次、周期性往返出行成为城际出行主导形式,体现为城际功能性联系。以长三角16个核心城市为研究对象,利用手机信令数据测算城际通勤出行、城际商务出行两类功能性联系,分别比较城际交通可达性与城际通勤出行、城际商务出行的空间特征。研究发现:交通可达性与功能性联系不存在严格的空间对应关系,交通可达性的支撑优势并不一定会促进城际通勤出行与城际商务出行;交通可达性支撑与城际通勤出行联系的供需关系差异较小、与城际商务出行联系的供需关系差异较大;区域一体化发展中16个城市对交通可达性的实际需求不同,供需关系差异揭示了各城市的交通可达性提升需求。指出应针对功能性联系需求与交通可达性供给的相对关系,因“城”而异地实践长三角多层次轨道交通规划,促进区域一体化协调发展。
In the era of regional integration,intercity travels within a city cluster featuring short-and medium distances,high frequency,and periodic round-trips have emerged as the dominant mode.This trend is also reflected in the functional connection among cities.Using cellular signaling data from 16 core cities in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper focuses on the analysis of two types of functional con-nectivity—intercity commuting travel and intercity business travel.The intercity transportation acces-sibility with spatial characteristics of intercity commuting travel and intercity business travel are com-pared in the study.The results suggest no strict spatial correspondence between transportation accessi-bility and functional connectivity;in addition,the supporting advantage of transportation accessibility does not necessarily promote intercity commuting travel or intercity business travel.The difference in the supply and demand relationship between transportation accessibility and intercity commuting trav-el connection is minimal;however,the different is significant between transportation accessibility and intercity business travel connection.The 16 cities in the regional integrated development have diverse real demand for transportation accessibility.The disparity in the supply and demand relationship re-veals the need to improve transportation accessibility in these cities.In light of the relative relation be-tween functional connectivity demand and transportation accessibility supply,the paper proposes multi-level rail transit plans customized for cities in the Yangtze River Delta to facilitate the integrated and coordinated development of the region.
