摘要
选取来自国际学术期刊的论文,以概述形式对城市交通理论方法、实证分析等学术研究成果进行总结性介绍,旨在增强城市交通业界和学界对国际学术动向和研究热点的关注,促进学术交流。本期共选取5篇论文,内容包含基于超级街区的城市多功能街道实施潜力研究、基于城市轨道交通客流时空相似性解析车站地区的用地功能、基于手机信令数据的细粒度出行轨迹推断、女性专用停车位选择与投资决策的决定因素、主动交通可达性对多中心和单中心城市房价的影响等。
A literature review of selected articles from international academic journals is presented to sum-marize academic research findings,theoretical approaches,and empirical analysis of urban transportation.The aim is to enhance the communication between industrial and academic fields,highlight international research focuses,and promote academic exchanges in urban transportation.This review involves five pa-pers that cover topics such as studying the implementation potential multifunctional streets in superblock-based cities,understanding the land use function of station areas based on the spatiotemporal similarity in rail transit ridership,inferring fine-grained human mobility trajectories with mobile signaling data,deter-mining key factors in the selection and investment of women-only parking spaces,and assessing the im-pact of active transportation accessibility on housing prices in multi-center and single-center cities.
