新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情前后山东省青岛市医疗机构消毒效果分析

Analysis on disinfection effect of medical institutions before and after COVID-19 epidemic in Qingdao city,Shandong province

目的通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情前后消毒监测的分析,了解疫情前后山东省青岛市医疗机构消毒质量变化,为指导院感控制提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2017-2022年山东省青岛市医疗机构消毒质量监测数据进行统计分析。消毒效果主要监测对象包括医疗机构手术室空气、医务人员手、物体表面、内镜、压力蒸汽灭菌器、医疗用水和医疗机构污水等。结果2017-2019年采样602份,合格率分别86.2%、87.0%、89.0%,三年间合格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.779,P=0.697);2020-2022年采样784份,合格率分别为93.2%、94.0%、93.2%,三年间合格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.193,P=0.908)。新冠肺炎疫情前后医疗机构消毒合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.208,P<0.01)。结论新冠肺炎疫情后,疫情常态化管理下山东省青岛市医疗机构消毒质量有明显提升。

Objective The analysis of disinfection monitoring before and after the outbreak of COVID-19was used to understand the changes in disinfection quality in medical institutions in Qingdao city of Shandong province before and after the outbreak,so as to provide a basis for guiding the control of hospital-acquired infections.Methods A retrospective survey method was used to statistically analyze the disinfection quality monitoring data of medical institutions in Qingdao city of Shandong province from 2017to 2022.The monitoring targets included air in operating room,hand hygiene,surfaces,endoscopes,pressure steam sterilizers,medical water and hospital sewage.Results From 2017to 2019,a total of 602samples were collected,and the qualified rates were 86.2%,87.0%and 89.0%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the qualified rates among the 3years(χ^(2)=0.779,P=0.697).There were 784samples collected from 2020 to 2022,and the qualified rates were 93.2%,94.0%and 93.2%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the pass rate among the 3years(χ^(2)=0.193,P=0.918).The qualified rate of disinfection before and after the epidemic was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.208,P<0.01).Conclusion After the COVID-19epidemic,the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Qingdao has been significantly improved under the normalized management of the epidemic.
