北京市房山区在校大学生性行为状况及影响因素分析

A study on the occurrence and influencing factors of sexual behavior among college students in fangshan district,Beijing

目的了解北京市房山区在校大学生的性行为状况,并分析其影响因素。方法2022年9-10月,采用多阶段抽样的方法,选择北京市房山区在校大学生人群,采用自行设计的大学生性行为状况调查问卷,以班级为最小抽样单位由调查对象自主填写调查问卷。结果共调查北京市房山区在校大学生1250人,大学生性行为发生率为17.12%,男生、高年级、有男(女)朋友、月生活费≥1500元/月、有自慰行为、未接受过艾滋病防治知识教育、非医学专业大学生性行为发生率分别高于女生、低年级、无男(女)朋友、月生活费<1500元/月、无自慰行为、接受过艾滋病防治知识教育、医学专业的大学生,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)分别为36.246、18.227、16.959、62.142、5.433、112.524、14.142,P均<0.05)。性伴侣数量仅1个的大学生安全套使用率高于性伴侣数量≥2个的大学生,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.275,P=0.000)。多因素分析结果显示高年级(OR=2.005,P=0.001)、月生活费≥1500元/月(OR=3.516,P=0.000)、未接受过艾滋病防治知识教育(OR=4.331,P=0.000)是性行为发生的促进因素;女生是性行为发生的阻碍因素(OR=0.299,P=0.000)。性伴侣数量≥2个(OR=0.292,P=0.000)是安全套使用的阻碍因素。结论北京市房山区在校大学生性行为较普遍,危险性行为发生率较高。

Objective To understand the incidence and influencing factors of sexual behavior among college students in Fangshan District,Beijing.Methods From September to October 2022,a multi-stage sampling method was used to select the college students in Fangshan District of Beijing,and a self-designed questionnaire on college students'sexual behavior was used.The class was the smallest sampling unit,and the respondents filled in the questionnaire independently.Results A total of 1250college students in Fangshan District of Beijing were investigated.The incidence of sexual behavior among college students was 17.12%.The incidence of sexual behavior among male students,seniors,male(female)friends,monthly living expenses≥1500yuan/month,masturbation,non AIDS prevention education,and non-medical college students was higher than that of female students,junior students,non male(female)friends,monthly living expenses<1500yuan/month,no masturbation There is a statistically significant difference between college students who have received AIDS prevention and control knowledge education and medical majors(χ^(2) were 36.246,18.227,16.959,62.142,5.433,112.524,14.142,respectively,P<0.05).The condom use rate of college students with only one Sexual partner is higher than that of college students with more than two Sexual partner,the difference is statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.275,P=0.000).Multivariate analysis showed that senior grades(OR=2.005,P=0.001),monthly living expenses≥1500yuan/month(OR=3.516,P=0.000),and lack of AIDS prevention and control education(OR=4.331,P=0.000)were the promoting factors for sexual behavior;Girls are a hindrance factor to sexual behavior(OR=0.299,P=0.000).The number of Sexual partner≥2(OR=0.292,P=0.000)is an obstacle to condom use.Conclusion The sexual behavior of college students is common,and the incidence of risky sexual behavior is high.Targeted intervention measures should be developed to control the spread of AIDS.
