糖尿病大鼠心肌LPLmRNA表达的变化

摘要 目的 探讨糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞 L PL m RNA表达的变化规律。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应的方法。结果 糖尿病大鼠心细胞 LPL m RNA表达是增高的。结论 脂代谢紊乱可能是糖尿病心肌结构和功能损伤的重要原因。 Objective To estimate the level of LPL mRNA in myocytes of diabetic rats.Methods The levels of LPL mRNA of myocytes were measured by means of RT PCR. Results the levels of LPL mRNA of myocytes were higher in hearts of diabetic rats than control rats.Conclusions The discover of lipid metabolism may be a curial reason for diabetic cardiomyopathy.
