矩阵式制造系统发展现状及关键技术综述

摘要 首先分析了矩阵式制造系统的发展现状,包括研究机构、研究方向和产业应用;其次归纳了矩阵式制造系统的关键技术,包括生产特性机理、制造单元配置方法、布局规划与重构策略、生产调度和仿真优化;最后探讨了矩阵式制造系统未来的发展趋势,包括加强理论研究、注重设备和硬件发展、推进多尺度系统设计与规划研究、开展动态实时生产调度研究、开发矩阵式制造系统专用仿真软件和推动矩阵式制造系统的产业应用。 The development status of matrix-structured manufacturing system is analyzed,such as research institutions,research directions and industrial applications;The key technologies of matrix-structured manufacturing system are summarized,including production characteristic mechanism,manufacturing cell configuration method,layout planning and reconfiguration strategy,production scheduling and simulation optimization;Finally,the future development trend of matrix-structured manufacturing system is discussed,which includs strengthening theoretical research,focusing on equipment and hardware development,promoting multi-scale system design and planning research,carrying out dynamic real-time production scheduling research,developing special simulation software for matrix-structured manufacturing system and promoting industrial application of matrix-structured manufacturing system.
