高效液相色谱法同时测定舒肝解郁胶囊中7种有效成分

Simultaneous determination of seven active constituents in Shugan Jieyu Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立同时测定舒肝解郁胶囊(刺五加、贯叶金丝桃)中7种活性成分含量的检测方法。方法:该组方提取液的分析采用ACE 5 C_(18)-AR色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温40℃;检测波长254 nm。结果:7个成分线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),平均加样回收率98.11%~104.62%,RSD 1.08%~2.57%。结论:该方法简捷可靠、稳定性好,可用于舒肝解郁胶囊的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of seven components in Shugan Jieyu Capsules(Acanthopanax senticosus,Hypericum perforatum).METHODS The analysis of the extract of this preparation was performed on a thermostatic ACE 5 C_(18)-AR column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)at 40℃with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL·min^(-1) in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.RESULTS The linear relationships of the 7 components were good(r≥0.9995)with the average recoveries of 98.11%-104.62%and the RSD of 1.08%-2.57%.CONCLUSION The simple,reliable and stable method can be used for the quality control of Shugan Jieyu Capsules.
