The Appearance Context of New Form of Human Advancement and Its Chinese Modernization Practice

党的二十大报告指出要以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴,创造人类文明新形态。历史唯物主义文明观深刻洞见人类文明形态的演进逻辑和发展图景,是人类文明新形态出场的理论源头。人类文明新形态的出场语境是对资本主义现代化文明的根本超越,它超越资本主义现代化中资本积累与人民积贫的二律背反、物质丰裕与精神贫瘠的悖论、资本与生态的对立以及霸权主义的交往逻辑。在中国式现代化实践中创造人类文明新形态,要统筹协调文明要素关系,秉持人民至上的价值取向,树立系统全局的战略思维,提升文明自主性、协调性、普惠性、包容性,创造独立自主、整体协同、惠及全民、共生共荣的人类文明新形态。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization and create a new form of human advancement.The historical materialist view of civilization has a profound insight into the evolution logic and development picture of human civilization,which is the ideological and theoretical source of the new form of human advancement.The context of the emergence of the new form of human advancement is the fundamental transcendence of capitalist modern civilization.It transcends the antinomy of capital accumulation and people's poverty,the paradox of material abundance and spiritual poverty,the dilemma of the opposition between capital and ecology,and the logic of hegemonic communication in capitalist modernization.To create a new form of human advancement in the practice of Chinese modernization,we should coordinate the relations among the elements of civilization,uphold the value orientation of putting the people first,foster a systematic strategic,to make civilizations more independent,coordinated,beneficial and inclusive,and to create a new form of human advancement that is independent,coordinated,benefits all people,co-exists and common prosperity.
