智能服装的发展现状及未来趋势

摘要 为促进智能服装行业的高效、多元和可持续性发展,对智能服装在运动健身、医疗保健、安全防护、生活娱乐、军事装备领域的应用现状进行案例分析。探讨了目前智能服装系统的主要构成:纺织服装系统作为硬件系统和软件系统的载体,集成了硬件系统的数据处理器、传感器、执行器、人机交互设备、电源系统和连接部分,并由软件系统实现整个系统的高效、低功耗运行。归纳总结智能服装在实际应用领域所面临的巨大挑战。在智能服装面向工程化和实用化的过程中,纤维材料、传感、传输、网络以及与服装的集成等关键技术仍是有待解决的问题。未来的智能服装需要联合多领域、多学科,同纺织服装、软件开发和电子信息技术等相关行业协同发展。 To promote the efficient,diversified and sustainable development of the smart clothing industry,a case study of the current status of smart clothing applications in the fields of sports and fitness,healthcare,safety and protection,lifestyle and entertainment,and military equipment is presented.The main components of the current smart clothing system are discussed.The textile clothing system,as a carrier of the hardware system and software system,integrates the data processor,sensors,actuators,human-machine interaction devices,power system and connection parts of the hardware system,and the software system realizes the efficient and low-power operation of the whole system.The great challenges faced by smart clothing in practical application areas are summerized.The key technologies such as fiber materials,sensing,transmission,networking and integration with clothing in the process of engineering and practicalization of smart clothing are still issues to be solved.The smart clothing needs to be developed in collaboration with multiple fields and disciplines,and with related industries such as textile and clothing,software development and electronic information technology in the future.
