摘要
青稞的营养成分独特而全面,在酒精类饮品的应用越来越广泛。本文主要对青稞在酒精类饮品的应用和高含量β-葡聚糖存在的问题以及解决问题的方法进行了综述,并对青稞未来在酒精类饮品上的发展进行了展望,以期为青稞在酒精类饮品上的进一步应用提供参考。
Highland barley has unique and comprehensive nutritional composition,and has been widely used in alcoholic beverages.In this paper,the application of highland barley in alcoholic drinks,the problems existing in high content ofβ-glucans,and the methods to solve the problems are summarized.The development of highland barley alcoholic drinks in the future is prospected,so as to provide reference for further application of highland barley in alcoholic drinks.
