Emission characteristics and emission reduction measures of urban mobile sources

摘要 为研究城市高时空分辨率移动源排放特征,以淄博市移动源污染物CO、HC、NO_(X)、PM为研究对象,基于本地化排放测算模型,利用自主开发的移动源调度指挥系统平台中的溯源分析系统,分别进行不同燃料类型、车型、排放阶段的污染物分担率分析;最后依据淄博市移动源排放情况从油-车-路三方面提出减排建议,利用数字化预测技术手段逐步建立对高排放移动源的全监控网络,实施主动化监管。研究结果表明,轻型客车和重型柴油车分别以保有量大和单车排放因子高成为淄博市高排放道路移动源;叉车和挖掘机以在线数量高成为非道路移动源中高排放机械,机械在线数量与排放分担率具有较强的正相关关系。 In order to study the emission characteristics of urban high temporal resolution mobile sources,the mobile source pollutants carbon monoxide(CO),hydrocarbon(HC),nitrogen oxides(NO_(X))and particulate matter(PM)in Zibo City were taken as the research objects.Based on the localized emission measurement model,the traceability analysis system in the self-developed mobile source dispatching command system platform was used to analyze the pollutant sharing rate of different fuel types,vehicle types and emission stages.Finally,according to the emission situation of mobile sources in Zibo City,the emission reduction suggestions were put forward from the aspects of oil,vehicle and road.The digital prediction technology was used to gradually establish a full monitoring network for high-emission mobile sources and implement active supervision.The results show that light-duty passenger vehicles and heavy-duty diesel vehicles have become high-emission road mobile sources in Zibo City with large ownership and high single-vehicle emission factors,respectively.Forklifts and excavators have become high-emission machinery in non-road mobile sources with high online quantity.There is a strong positive correlation between the number of online machinery and the emission sharing rate.
