摘要
以某发电机控制盒为例,给出可靠性强化试验在电子成品上的试验剖面,并提出采用机械成品耐久性机理分析和加速试验理论相结合的思想,制定机械成品可靠性强化试验方案,将试验对象从电子成品延伸至所有具有加速性的机载成品上,使可靠性强化试验适用范围更广,更有助于快速提高机载成品及整机的可靠性水平。
Taking a generator control box as an example,this paper presents the test profile of reliability enhancement test on electronic products and proposes the idea of combining mechanical products durability mechanism analysis with acceleration test theory to develop a mechanical product reliability enhancement test plan.The test object is extended from electronic products to all airborne products with acceleration,making the applicability of reliability enhancement test wider.It helps to quickly improve the reliability level of airborne products and the whole aircraft.
