摘要
某型飞机发动机排气管在飞行中发生断裂,导致飞机无法正常飞行,造成飞机场内迫降。针对故障开展失效、工艺和强度分析,分析结果表明,排气管焊接质量不佳造成应力集中且在安装过程中存在强迫装配产生初始损伤是故障发生的主要原因。根据故障分析结果提出了优化改进措施。
The engine exhaust pipe of a certain aircraft broke during flight,causing the aircraft to be unable to fly normally and resulting in a forced landing at the airport.Failure analysis,process analysis and strength analysis are conducted on the fault and the analysis result showed that poor welding quality of exhaust pipe causes stress concentration and initial damages caused by forced assembly during installation are the main cause for the occurrence of the fault.Based on the fault analysis results,optimization and improvement measures are proposed.
